Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@rithu.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide the return address and further instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items on clearance, gift cards, or custom-stitched products are not eligible for return.
